The electronic template files are in compressed format. Please be sure to have a decompression program such as WinZip for the PC templates and Stuff-It for the Macintosh templates.
Otherwise, you will be unable to use the electronic template files.
If you don't have one of these programs you can obtain a copy of the freeware demonstration software at www.winzip.com for PC & www.aladdinsys.com for Mac
