For other/special foil colors call for quote. PMS colors not listed on chart are an additional $45.85.
Thermographic (raised) ink can be specified at no additional cost, although it is not recommended
for large areas of solid coverage.

Foil Stamping/Embossing: Foil stamping and embossing are produced with dies. Die costs are figured by the sizes and amount of detail of the die.

Up to 16 sq. in. - $87.50 (copper die)
16.1 - 30 sq. in. - $122.50 (copper die)
Additional Die Set-up - $38.60 of more than one die is needed

There is no additional charge for 5" envelope slit, 4-1/2" post-it note pad slit,
2"x4" standard window or standard file card punch out dies.

REGISTRATION
When two ink and/or foil colors touch, or when there is no tolerance for slight die movement, these extra charges apply:
2 Inks in registration - no charge
Blind emboss/ Ink in register - 1000 - $38.60, addt'l 1000 - $13.10
2 Foils in register - 1000 - $38.60, addt'l 1000 - $13.10
Flat Ink and Foil in register - $135.00
Flat Ink and Blind Emboss in register - $135.00
NOTE: Thermographic (raised) inks cannot register with flat inks,
blind embossing, die cutting, foil embossing, or foil stamping.

UV COATING:
This ultra violet process is available with 4 color process printing only.

4-COLOR PROCESS:
Pricing for four color process printing includes printing area of less than 35% of the surface.

HEAVY INK COVERAGE:
Any solid areas exceeding 15% of the front or back cover must be flat printed. Any solid areas exceeding 45% of the front or back cover will require the heavy ink coverage charge added to the price. "Flood coating" is available on white high gloss, low luster and linen stock only.

INSIDE COPY:
Printing inside, above the pockets, requires an extra charge. Refer to the "Additional Printing Options" chart below for pricing. Additional production time is also required.
