Catalog binders are designed to contain large amounts of information. The appropriate material selection will greatly enhance the functionality of the binder. These binders are used for maintaining catalogs, price sheets or reference materials.

BINDER OPTIONS:
A. QA CAN VIN 4 - A QA CAN VIN is a lightweight catalog metal which can be used for vinyl, poly, or turned edge binding. When economy and practicality are needed, this binder is excellent. It is, by far, the most frequently used catalog metal.

B. AJAX - An AJAX is a non-expandable catalog metal with an angle back and a sturdy hinged post bar for added strength and easy assembly. The AJAX metal can be used for vinyl, poly, or turned-edge binding. Durability and sturdiness are its strong points.

C. EMPEROR - The EMPEROR is a non-expandable angle back metal with a spring- loaded lock bar. The EMPEROR does not have a transfer bar, but has a good lightweight application. It is an average strength catalog metal that can be used for vinyl, poly, or turned-edge binding.

D. TROJAN - The TROJAN is an expandable metal which expands approximately 60%. The additional expansion lets pages lay flat for easy readability and also allows additional paper capacity. The TROJAN can be used for vinyl, poly, or turned-edge binding. It is a sturdy metal that should be considered for heavy usage.

E. QOAB - The QOAB is an expandable metal with metal hinge equipment. The expansion is approximately 60%, which allows the pages to lay flat and also gives additional paper capacity. The metal hinge provides durability and a longer life. This metal is suitable for turned-edge and poly covers. It is heavy weight and durable.

F. SWIV'LL LOK - A SWIV'LL LOK metal is a fixed capacity prong metal which will eliminate any ring mesh problems or paper tear. The metal is positively the most secure method of housing sheets in a ring-type configuration. Sheets in this binder will not fall out, even if the binder is dropped. There is a spring-loaded lock for easy opening. This mechanism enables heavy duty secure usage with easy addition and deletion of sheets. It is available for vinyl, poly, or turned-edge binding.

ORDERING INFORMATION:
Order acknowledgement: Upon placing an order, an order acknowledgement containing quantity and all necessary information will be faxed to you. Please read it carefully. Sign it and fax it back when you approve its content.

Payment methods: All orders are pre-paid with credit card, certified check or money order. We accept American Express, Visa or Master Card. All prices are FOB factory.

PRODUCTION TIME: Production time: 10 working days on 1000 binders or less after approval of proof.

SHIPPING: All pricing is FOB factory. Smaller shipments will be shipped FedEx Ground at cost plus $5 handling fee. Larger shipments will be shipped by common carrier at cost plus 15% handling fee. Unless specified, we will select the carrier. We cannot be responsible for arrival dates; we can only predict a shipping date.

Drop or Split Shipment: We can, if asked, drop ship directly to multiple destinations. Split shipment charge is $15 after first shipment.

Freight Claims: Legal responsibility passes from us to the customer when the merchandise is consigned to a carrier. Damage incurred during shipment and/or lost in transit are the responsibility of the consignee, who must file the freight claim. As the shipper, we cannot allow any credit for lost or damaged merchandise. We will assist in supplying any information that may be helpful in filing your freight claim.

Returns: Return shipments will not be accepted without authorization from the factory. No returns on custom manufactured products is allowed. Acceptable stock merchandise returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge, provided merchandise is returned in perfect condition. No returns are allowed after 30 days from date of shipment.

Shortage: All shortages must be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt of order.

Guarantee: Merchandise is guaranteed to be free from defective workmanship or material. Defective merchandise should be reported immediately. No claims after 30 days from receipt of merchandise will be honored.
