Showcase binders offer affordable flexibility for customizing your binders in-house. Covered with clear overlay vinyl, presentations can be prepared on an as-needed basis or modified as desired. Whether copy or full color, simply insert the selected print sheet and your presentation is ready.

Specifications:

• Clear vinyl pockets on front, back and spine.
• 2 inside horizontal pockets in same color vinyl as outside color.
• Concealed rivets on round ring binders. Exposed black rivets on D-ring binders.
• Sheet lifters included at no extra charge for 2" and 2-1/2"capacity binders.
• Opaque cover vinyl is premium quality Duro-Suedene. Clear vinyl is .008 gauge wrinkle resistant.
• Premium quality board and heavy duty metals.
• All binders are stocked for immediate delivery.

Material is high quality vinyl, with 6 standard colors in suedene grain and 16 standard colors in French Calf available. (See color chart.) Additional colors are available at extra cost. The vinyl is electronically sealed over rigid chipboard, 100 pt. thick up to 2" ring size, 120 pt. for 2" to 3" ring size.

3-ring mechanism is top quality nickel plated metal, with double opening and closing boosters.

BINDER CAPACITY:
Vinyl binders are ordered by ring capacity, NOT by spine width. To determine ring capacity of the round ring, measure the inside diameter of the ring. For a D-Ring, measure the straight or angle part of the ring.

ORDERING INFORMATION:
Order acknowledgement: Upon placing an order, an order acknowledgement containing quantity and all necessary information will be faxed to you. Please read it carefully. Sign it and fax it back when you approve its content.

Payment methods: All orders are pre-paid with credit card, certified check or money order. We accept American Express, Visa or Master Card. All prices are FOB factory.

PRODUCTION TIME: Normal orders will ship within 15-20 working days after receipt of approved artwork. Allow additional time if proofs are required. Rush deliveries are available at extra cost – please check with customer service for rush schedules. 407-877-7222

SHIPPING: All pricing is FOB factory. Smaller shipments will be shipped FedEx Ground at cost plus $5 handling fee. Larger shipments will be shipped by common carrier at cost plus 15% handling fee. Unless specified, we will select the carrier. We cannot be responsible for arrival dates; we can only predict a shipping date.

Drop or Split Shipment: We can, if asked, drop ship directly to multiple destinations. Split shipment charge is $15 after first shipment.

Freight Claims: Legal responsibility passes from us to the customer when the merchandise is consigned to a carrier. Damage incurred during shipment and/or lost in transit are the responsibility of the consignee, who must file the freight claim. As the shipper, we cannot allow any credit for lost or damaged merchandise. We will assist in supplying any information that may be helpful in filing your freight claim.

Returns: Return shipments will not be accepted without authorization from the factory. No returns on custom manufactured products is allowed. Acceptable stock merchandise returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge, provided merchandise is returned in perfect condition. No returns are allowed after 30 days from date of shipment.

Shortage: All shortages must be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt of order.

Guarantee: Merchandise is guaranteed to be free from defective workmanship or material. Defective merchandise should be reported immediately. No claims after 30 days from receipt of merchandise will be honored.
