High quality, soft cover Paper Binders are perfect for short term presentation materials such as media or promotion kits. A stunning binder can be created with a colorful design on the white 18pt. coated cover. Binders can be printed, hot stamped or embossed.

Specifications:

• Rings available in 1/2", 3/4" and 1" capacities
• 3 ring plastic mechanism or metal rings
• Cover is 18 point coated one side
• 1/2" Tuffy Dimensions: Cover Width = 9-7/16" Spine = 13/16" Height = 11-1/2"
• 3/4" Dimensions: Cover Width = 9-7/8" Spine = 15/16" Height = 11-3/8"
• 1" Dimensions: Cover Width = 10-1/8" Spine = 1-5/16" Height = 11-1/2"

Options:

• Standard 2x4 window centered left to right, 3" from top can be added.
• One or two pockets can be added.
• Metal ring plus ring protector is available.

Ink and Foil Colors :
All Pantone PMS Ink Colors except metallic and fluorescent are available at no charge. Metallic and fluorescent inks require an additional charge of $85 per order. ORDERING INFORMATION FOR PAPER BINDERS:

Die charges for foil stamping or embossing
Camera ready art is necessary to produce a die for foil stamping or embossing. Die charges are based on the square inches of area covered. The maximum area is 24 square inches.

Foil stamping die:
$50 for first square inch and $1.67 for each additional square inch.

Embossing die:
$100 for first square inch and $3.33 for each additional square inch.

Proof charges:
Faxed proof: $20. Ink swatch proof: No charge except postage. Paper pre-production proof: $539.

Rush charges:
Minimum rush charge is $250 or 20% of order, whichever is greater. Time of production gained by rush will be determined by the processes and time involved in the order specifications.

Personalization:
Binder covers may be personalized by imprinting a 12 point line of block type. Cost for 1-99 names is $2.50 per name. For 100 or more, cost is $2.10 per name. Your list must be typed and proofed.

4-Color Process:
Correctly positioned film and matchproof must be provided to avoid extra charges. If digital file or incorrect film is provided and we are asked to output it, an additional charge will be incurred.

Artwork and Copy Errors:
Customers' artwork is reviewed before production and every effort is made to ensure accuracy. However, we are not liable for customer-submitted or customer-approved errors which inadvertently become part of the product.

Overrun Policy:
We reserve the right to ship up to 10% over or 5% under the quantity ordered, unless customer stipulates one of the following two options when placing the order. Orders are subject to additional charges or credits because of over/under runs, and will be charged or credited by the same method of payment as the initial order.
No Overs:
The exact quantity ordered will be billed, but the job may be underrun (up to 5%), in which case the customer will be credited for any unders.
Exact Count:
The exact quantity will be shipped, but the job will be billed with an additional 10% added for this service.
